Building Our House
This is my journal about building our house. The house will be an accessable house, so all doors are 36'' wide, all interior doors are pocket doors and no corridor at all.
An elevator shaft will be built also to accomodate a lift, if necessary. A pool room will have a small 7'x12' Endless Pool, which is an exercise pool . see here
As I have a rather large collection of plants, a conservatory is put in the front of the house. It only has dirt floor and facing north, so the planting will be mostly ferns and mosses. A bubbler fountain or small waterfall or stream will be added later.
Half of the 2nd floor will be used as a library and reading room. An office is also located there.
